2 Ducks
2 Apples 4 celery Chopped Stalks 1 can Pineapple Chunks 1 large onion 2 tbsp. Butter

Directions

Wash birds well.

Mix and stuff birds with apple, Pineapple chunks (reserve syrup), celery, and onion. Baste often with a mixture of butter and wine or butter and broth.

Cooking time will depend on the size of the bird and the desired amount of doneness. Cook for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees F. Baste often with a mixture of butter and wine or butter and broth.

Remove cooked ducks from oven. Empty pineapple syrup into saucepan. Bring to boil, thicken to medium sauce with cornstarch. Heat, stir and pour over ducks. Serves 4.
