Goose Breasts with Mushrooms and Heavy Cream size=4>

Ingredients


4 boned goose breasts

1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
I meium onion

2 oz. parmesan cheese

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tbsp. butter

1 cup chicken broth

1/2 lemon

Coat duck strips in egg and salt for 1 hour. Heat butter in fry pan, brown duck strips lightly, remove and place in a baking dish.

Saute mushrooms and onion in your cooking pot. Add all other ingredients except the duck and the heavy cream. Heat for 10 minutes. Add goose breasts and heavy cream and cook until breasts are pink. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
