Creamed Rattlesnake

1 med. rattlesnake, cleaned and cut up
I bunch white seedless grapes
Make a white sauce from:
3 rbsp.butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 cup milk
2 cloves garlic
1 half tsp. salt
1 tsp. poultry oregano
2 tbsp. sherry
Clean and wash one rattlesnake cut into chinks. Cook in stock or salted water until tender
Pour sauce over cooked rattlesmake and add grapes. and lettuce.
