Venison Meat Loaf

2 lbs. ground venison
1/4 tsp. black pepper
three quarter cup bacon fat
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp.pepper
1 lb. ground pork (80% lean)
1 AND ONE HALF cupS Spaghetti sauce
one cup milk
one half cup quick oats
1 egg
1 med. Onion
1/4 tsp. oregano (optional)

Mix all ingredients except the spaghetti sauce. Place in a loaf pan Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cover with spaghetti sauce and serve
